Need help with Pacey, Pacey Pro, a purchase, or a refund? Use the support form. Include your device platform and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Delete your account and data

Enter the anonymous account ID shown at the bottom of Pacey Pro. We will verify the request before deleting the associated app profile, preferences, progress, notification token, and subscription-access record.

Deleting your Pacey account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
